Horse riding and fitness holiday

This active holiday is perfect for people who love horses and who would like to do also something for their body and health. During this holiday you will spend a morning time at the gym with professional fitness trainer and second part of day you can relax and enjoy horse riding.  You can choose 4 or 7 days program.

The professional trainer will create individual fitness plan especially for you. Is your goals to loose the weight? Gain muscles? Improve your skills? Learn the correct workout technique? We are here to do the best for you. Our trainer will give you also useful nutrition types and create healthy diet for you.

The afternoons belong to horses. Our ranch is very children friendly so it also a great place for family holiday. The horses are nice and calm and they love people.  Its great place for people of all ages. The beginners can learn how to ride a horse correctly, and the advanced riders can enjoy the fast gallop across the never-ending fields and pastures. Every day is prepared for you 4 hours trail and you can explore the forest and secret places horse back

Example program 4 day holiday:

1st day: arrival, accommodate, consultation with fitness trainer, 1 hour horse riding

2nd day: morning - fitness training, afternoon - 4 hours horse trails

3rd day: morning - stretching, heating, bodyform training, afternoon - 4 hours horse trail, evening - lesson of natural horsemanship and communication with horse

4th day: morning - fitness training, the trainer will give you useful tips and learn you how to carry out the exersice at home and how to continue after the finishing of holiday, afternoon - 4 hours horse trip
